Enrollment Information:
In order to maintain the personal attention our students require, we aim to keep our student-to-teacher ratio low; therefore, acceptance to the Paige Academy-ECAP program is made on a space-available basis.
Upon nomination of your child for the ECAP Academy program, an enrollment representative will contact you about the availability of spaces, to schedule admissions testing, and the enrollment process. In the event that there are no spaces in the program you have chosen, you will be given the options of either, selecting a different program (if available) or placing your child on a waiting list.

Enrollment Process:
Step 1: Nominate your child for ECAP Academy acceptance by mail, phone, or online at www.ecapacademy.org/nomination.html You will be contacted to schedule an entrance testing appointment with ECAP Academy Director, Valerie Weeks.
Step 2: On the day of your child's testing appointment, pay the Testing Fee upon arrival and allow your child to complete his or her testing.
Step 3: You will receive an Acceptance Determination within 1 week. If your child is accepted to ECAP Academy you will also receive a registration packet containing the necessary forms required to complete your child's admittance.
Step 4: Submit all completed forms along with the remaining Enrollment/Registration and Resource Fees as outlined in the registration packet you received.
